Nekotachi Open For Purchases Again!~
I will not be making any stock updates to the site anytime soon,
but if there is anything in stock that you are interested in now, you are now able to purchase it. However,
please be aware that shipping charges have changed a little due to the United States postal fees increase that
occured on May 12, 2008. Also, ALL International shipments are now shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service
only). The upside is that you will receive your package within 2-3 days of shipping and that it will include insurance
provided by the post office. The downside is that it costs $26. ($24 for Canada).

Nekotachi closed indefinitely.~
I recently went on vacation for New Years and then came back to find 2 orders made and disputes opened cause they had not been shipped out during the time of the vacation. (both disputes filed 6 days after payment made).
Of course this was entirely my fault as I had forgotten to update the site about the vacation. That being the case, it has become clear to me that I should close the site in the meantime until such a time as I have the time and interest to run it.
I am currently waiting to hear back from one person regarding her order, after I hear from her and either ship her order or refund her payment, I will not be taking any orders again for an indefinite amount of time.
However, if there is something you REALLY want to order, try using the CONTACT US form first to see if I can complete your order for you.
Thank you again for those of you who have supported Nekotachi these past 2 years! (well, 22 months to be exact. XD)

**SOLD** doujinshi moved offline and 10 doujinshi added~
As the previously sold doujinshi being online was still causing confusion, I have moved them offline. (I was getting too many "Why am I not able to add this to my cart? Where is the BUY IT NOW button for this doujinshi?" questions)
Not to worry though, all recently sold doujinshi will be kept online for 3-8 weeks so that you can look up the information if needed and then moved offline.
On July 31st, I also added 10 doujinshi from fandoms such as: Digimon, Fate Stay Night, Guilty Gear, Oujisama Level 2, Peacemaker, Shining Force, and Xenosaga. You can find them in the » Doujinshi » **FOR SALE** » Miscellanious Series section.
(I have decided to do more frequent, small updates rather than larger, less frequent updates. So all updates will now be 10-20 doujinshi at a time)
And remember, I can now ship up to 6 (if most are thin, average sized doujinshi) doujinshi for flat rate shipping.

Also some of you may have been looking at the inside art sample pics and wondering "Why do the scans look so crappy? Does the doujinshi really look this bad on the inside?". No, they do not. :D The reason the inside art scans look so nasty is because I am scanning them at 75dpi.
To see a comparison of what the same page looks like at 75dpi and a higher resolution of 200dpi, check the samples below:

(the inside art scans are only 3/4 width of the page so no damage is caused to the doujinshi).
BIG difference right? Why do I scan them at 75dpi then? Because scanning at 75dpi is faster, which means that the time I am pressing on the book is less. Though I press very lightly so there is no damage caused to the doujinshi, it is still better to get it done as fast as possible. Besides it is only so that you can get an idea of the inside art. ;)
