☼ What is doujinshi?
Doujinshi refers to fan comics in hard copy form. Doujinshi usually refers to fan comics of Japanese origin that are created and then sold via either websites or at conventions. Doujinshi may be based on fandoms or original stories. Artists who create these doujinshi are called doujinka.

☼ Are your doujinshi new?
While we may eventually carry some new (not pre-owned) doujinshi, currently all doujinshi are in gently used/previously owned condition. Please refer to our Condition of Doujinshis page for more information.

☼ What forms of payment do you take?
Currently the site will only handle orders via Paypal or POSTAL money order (chose "INVOICE" as your payment option). Due to limited stock (most titles are limited to one copy), we can not hold items for extended periods of time.

If you chose "INVOICE" as a payment option (whether paying by POSTAL money order or planning to add to your order and make just one Paypal payment) payment is due within 10 days of the (first) order.

☼ Do you sell on Ebay?
Yes, I have started selling on Ebay under the username: nektoachi*yaoi.

☼ Can I combine an Ebay win with items from the site?
Yes, you can. =D However, they must be paid for in one Paypal payment!

To purchase items on the site that you wish to have sent together with your Ebay purchase/win, Please use the "Invoice" payment option. In the comments section, please add the Ebay Item # and your Ebay user ID.

I will then send you an invoice through Paypal so that you can pay for and have your items shipped together.

☼ I just paid for my order and then saw your update, can I add to my order to save on shipping?
Sure you can. :D Just purchase the other doujinshi you wanted and chose "Invoice" as the payment option. However, for the Paypal Protection Policy, I can only take 1 payment from you, in which case I would refund your first payment and then send you a Paypal invoice for the combined total of both orders.

If you want to wait for an update to see if there are more doujinshi you would like to add to your order, please chose "INVOICE" as your payment option.

☼ One or more of the doujinshi I wanted is no longer available. Can you get another copy?
As most doujinshi are limited to one copy on hand, the possibility that a doujinshi you wanted no longer being available is very high. We can try to order another copy for you, but please note that we may not be able to. And even if we can, it may be 1-2 months before we can find it and receive it and we will have no idea of the condition till we receive it. Please contact us if you would like us to try to get a copy for you.

☼ I have been looking for a certain doujinshi, can you find it for me?
We can and will try to do so. ^.~ Please refer to our Doujinshi Request Form for more information.

☼ How do you ship/pack your doujinshi?
Currently we only ship Priorty Mail. Either regular Priorty Mail for within the United States or Global Priorty Mail for International orders.

Please verify first that you will not be violating any laws of your country by purchasing yaoi doujinshi.

All doujinshi are individually bagged and the stack then taped between 2 pieces of cardboard as protection againt bends. This is then wrapped with foam. This is then slipped into a poly mailer (if just one doujinshi) or into a tyvek envelope and then the cardstock Priorty Mail envelopes for Priority Mail.

We may use MORE packaging than described above to pack your doujinshi, however we will not use less.

☼ How long will it take my doujinshi to arrive?
Most doujinshi orders will be shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of payment. (unless you have been contacted and otherwise notifed~ *Please see below).<
Priorty Mail US bound packages should arrive within 3-5 days after the ship date.
For Global Priorty Mail, packages should arrive within 7-12 days after shipment.

We have no control over how long your package is in transit as that is dependant on the mail service and the amount of mail in circulation at the time. What we do have control over is how long it takes us to ship your package. Packages will usually be shipped within 72 hours of payment not including weekends or holidays. Though we may ship your order as soon as 1 hour after we receive your payment.
In some cases, if there will be a shipping delay it will be announced on the main page.

☼ I made an order, I changed my mind. Can I make a change or cancel it?
You may make a change, or cancel your order (or parts of your order) as long as we have not shipped it yet. Please note that while we allow ourselves up to 3 days (72 hours not including weekends or holidays) from receipt of your payment to ship your package, that we may ship it as soon as 1 hour after we receive your payment. So if you wish to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible! (You will be notified via email that your package has shipped. So please be sure to register with a valid email address.)

Please note that we may choose to cancel your account and take no further orders from you if you cancel an entire order.

☼ I tried to make an order but it said shipping information not available at this time. Which countries do you ship to?
We can ship to the below areas though we may not have set them up into our system yet. If you see your country/area listed below but are unable to order from us, let us know and we will add your country code to our system as soon as possible.
